How the arena came about
The idea was born at a nationwide meeting of laser tag arena owners, where people were discussing a real league. Age (co-owner of the arena in Ricany) noticed two lads sitting quietly in the corner. He asked what they were doing there - Poganek and Krysar said they wanted to start their own arena. That conversation is where the plan to build a laser tag arena in Ceske Budejovice began.
Poganek and Krysar live in Ceske Budejovice and the nearest arena (Ricany) is 150 km away. Age lives near Pisek and even for him it is over an hour to Ricany. Nobody fancied the commute - and they wanted to show the Laserforce system to people closer to home. That is how Respawn came to be.
Who is behind it
Co-owner
Age — Jan Harcuba
Co-owner of the laser tag arena in Ricany and of Respawn in Ceske Budejovice. He used to teach in Pisek and would take his pupils all the way to Ricany so they could experience proper Laserforce. He has two golds, two silvers and a bronze from tournaments.

Pogánek — Tomáš Mácha
Co-owner of Respawn, a student and a member of the Stramaci CB team - a group of players from Ceske Budejovice and the surrounding area.

Krysař — Pavel Kubeš
Co-owner of Respawn, a student and a member of the Stramaci CB team - alongside Poganek from the start.
